- Authentication is managed through passwordless, time-limited sign-in codes.
- Community data is separated by site; each community sees only its own records.
- Admin actions that affect residents require an authenticated session.
- News, documents, and contact details are published only when admins choose to make them public.
Questions we often hear
- Who owns the data? Each community owns its content; WiseRavenFire operates the platform.
- Is resident data shared? Resident contact information is used only for the community’s own alerts and coordination.
- Where is it hosted? Infrastructure details are covered in the Lovable Trust Center.
